1. We will get to know each other.

When you call Aevo, you will speak directly to a dedicated teammate qualified to answer your Medicare questions and help determine your Medicare eligibility. We can also set up a free appointment for you to review Medicare Plans with a licensed insurance agent.

If you aren’t sure if you’re eligible for Medicare, we can help. We will ask you a series of questions, including your birthday, if you receive Social Security Disability benefits (SSDI) and more. We ask these questions to help determine if you qualify for Medicare, if you could enroll right away and if Medicare is the right fit for your unique situation.

Not eligible for Medicare?

If you aren’t eligible for Medicare yet but still have important healthcare and financial needs to meet, the Aevo team will take the time to guide you toward resources that could be a good match for you and your current situation. This may mean directing you to your human resources department, if applicable, or pointing you toward other healthcare resources that we trust, including:

2. Schedule a free Medicare consultation with a licensed insurance agent.

After speaking with an Aevo teammate on your initial call, if you are interested in having a Medicare consultation with a licensed insurance agent, we can set that up for you. This free consultation does not oblige you to enroll in a Medicare plan.

This is a key step toward understanding Medicare and securing the coverage you need at a price you feel good about. A typical consultation may last anywhere from 45 – 60 minutes to ensure there is enough time for you to ask any questions you may have along the way and go over all relevant information for finding you a Medicare Plan that meets your unique needs.

 

3. Tell us what you truly want in your Medicare Plan.

During your appointment with a licensed agent, we will:

  • Analyze your needs. One of our licensed agents will gather information about your doctors, the medications you take and more to eliminate plans that aren’t a good fit for your needs. It’s important to us to help you find a plan that allows you to see the providers you trust and fit within your budget.
  • Review potential Medicare plans. We will review plans available in your area that meet your budgetary needs, allow you to continue seeing your current providers and keep up with your prescriptions.

 

4. Enroll in the plan of your choice if you’re ready.

If we present a plan you’re interested in, our licensed agents can enroll you in that plan during your consultation. As a reminder, there is no cost to you for using Aevo Services for Medicare enrollment, as our cost comes from the insurance carrier.

If you don’t feel ready to enroll during your consultation, that’s okay. Choosing a Medicare Plan is a big decision, and you should feel confident in your choice. Call us back when you’re ready to enroll.

 

5. Stay in touch.

Whether you choose to enroll in a Medicare plan immediately or want to think it over, we will stay connected via email and/or text messages.
