Stacy Williams

VP, Finance and Operations

Stacy brings over 20 years of progressive accounting experience with emphasis on corporate accounting, financial planning, analysis, and reporting. She has extensive knowledge in building the foundations of accounting operations in smaller, rapidly growing organizations.

Deb Fogg

Director, Clinical and Vocational Operations  

Deb supports the Quality Review team in their day-to-day work; identifies and supports the team in process and technology improvements. She works to remove roadblocks for the team and conduct client presentations.  

Nancie Ellis

Medical Network Lead

Role: Manage Onboarding of all Doctors, Nurses, and Vocationalists. Maintains credentials and licenses for all.

Tracy Bassett, RN

Quality Review Nurse Lead  

Role: Conducts quality assessments on the peer reviews to ensure consistency with known standards of medicine, train and mentor new consultants, monthly development of Quality Review tips; and act as a point for Quality Review RN’s.  

“I have over 18 years of disability and quality background. I love to travel and explore National Parks and beaches. I’m also married with two kids and have two Bengal cats named Vegas and Kalispell.”

Referral Coordinator Lead  

Role: Handles escalated and flagged cases; creates and maintains reports; researches data and communicates trends; recommends efficiency updates.  

“I’m a mom and chauffer of three girls. I’m a true crime and coffee enthusiast and love the opportunity to collaborate with my team and work individually to complete goals.”
